VTO Group is a joint venture in the telematics, gps, mobile computing, handheld computing, and communications markets working with OEM manufactures of various platforms. We design, build and incorporate specifications for customer centric solutions which, include various retail and commercial market opportunities.

The VTO Group is a joint venture that is equally funded by TACS in Toronto with engineering, communications and manufacturing expertise, and by VMC Group with marketing, sales, and consulting services in the transportation, government, and public sector arenas. Although the joint venture is a new venture, the founding companies have over 50 years of market experience and have partnered in various opportunities in the past before this more formal approach was introduced in 2006.
